1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using ColorlessBox you accept these terms and conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of the service
This website lets you create, share and analyse Pokémon TCG decks, and keep a personal record of your card collection and wishlist. Card data (name, image, text, legality) comes from TCGdex; prices come from Cardmarket and TCGPlayer. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or timeliness of that data.
3. User accounts
Access requires signing in with a Google or Discord account, or with an email and password (email verification is required in this case). You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. User content
Any content you post (deck names, descriptions, comments, username) must comply with the law and respect the rights of others. Other users can report content that breaks these rules; we reserve the right to hide or remove reported content, and to mute or suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse the service, always after review.
5. Intellectual property
Pokémon and the card names and images are the property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. This website claims no rights over that material; it is used solely for informational and fan purposes, with no profit tied to that intellectual property.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability, price accuracy, or freedom from errors. We are not responsible for buying or selling decisions made based on the prices shown here.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
